gotcancer.org

Ok, I have to explain a little bit about these pictures. I got an email from Larry www.gotcancer.org commenting on one of my stories in which I was sporting the sweatshirt above. He asked if I could take a picture of myself wearing it, and if he could put in on the website, along with my Grambo story (look back in October of this year). So I told Dion that we had some work to do. First I stood by the chalk drawing of the cast from Good Fellas, but that looked odd. Ahhem...Ok, so Dion kept taking picture after picture saying things like, "Pretend your Jack Bauer! Now be really happy! Ok, no be really happy but not so funny looking!" And so on and so on. I posted 4 pictures out of the 7 or 8 that Dion took. I posted the one eyed one because when Dion saw it he said, "Oh my God, Bayyy Beee! Ruth!". If you are not of our age group, that might not make sense. But I will explain. There is a character in the movie Goonies named Sloth. He has some issues, one of them being how his face looks. I started laughing so hard that I cried a little tiny bit, but I can't say that I disagree, which is kind of sad. So I had to post that picture, embarrassing as it may be, but for you, my devoted readership group, my friends who I know will NOT print the picture up and be mean (Charlie).
Now, Larry, here's for you.....you CANNOT use the Sloth picture, and probably shouldn't use the one where I am sad (Dion made me sad after the funny looking comment). Feel free to pick from the other two. I will find you if you use the Sloth one....ok, I won't, but I will be very very sad. Thanks again for your email, it made my night!

"I only dropped you once! Okay, maybe twice!" HAHAHA
Goonies is one of my favorite movies of all time! Did you ever see the version where they get attacked by a giant octopus? It's a deleted scene I've only seen once. Data mentions it at the end of the movie (he says, "The octopus was vewy scawy")

SLICK SHOES!

You made my Monday - thanks!
